Yes! We can send a catalogue to you electronically via email or through the post. Just call one of our sales team on 01384 892 441 and we will deal with your request immediately. There is also an option to download our catalogue on the homepage.

Quite often we can quote there and then over the phone. However at busy periods or for more complex items this is not always possible. We aim to provide a full written quotation via email within 48 hours of any enquiry. Please let us know if you are in a particular rush and we will do our very best not to keep you waiting any longer than necessary.

Our current lead time is advised at 14-21 working days, but quite often we can deliver much sooner than this.

Yes, we deliver within a 30 mile radius 2-3 times weekly. If your order is under £150 a small order charge may apply. We work with a very good courier network to deliver items further afield, and can provide a next day service for items that are in stock or have been manufactured. All carriage is quoted per job.

Gauge and microns are the units used to measure the thickness of materials. It is just like how some people use inches and some people use millimetres. 250g is equivalent to 62.5mu. Gauge/4=Microns.

Yes, we collect scrap polythene from our customers which is then baled and sent off to be recycled. This will be turned into what is called 'regran' material. Many of our customers will use regran bags as it is a more cost effective solution. Please note clarity may be affected.

Our call off order system is very popular amongst our customers as they can place just one order and get their goods sent in at regular intervals, or when requested, over a 2-3 month period. Obviously, because the commitment is there for a larger order, the price is often reduced. It also reduces lead times and time spent ordering, quoting and arranging deliveries.

Certainly. We source many items for customers, we just need as much information as you can provide about the product and we will then send you a quotation.

To open an account with ourselves all you need to do is fill in one of our credit application forms which we can post or email to yourself and return. We offer 30 days from end of month invoicing terms.
